Description

Klow80 is a four-peptide research blend combining TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4 Acetate, 10mg), BPC-157 (Body Protection Compound, 10mg), GHK-Cu (copper tripeptide, 50mg), and KPV (10mg) in a single sterile lyophilized vial — 80mg total peptide content. This combination is designed to support research into complementary regenerative mechanisms, pairing TB-500 and BPC-157’s roles in tissue repair and angiogenesis with GHK-Cu’s collagen-stimulating and antioxidant activity, and KPV’s anti-inflammatory signalling.

Preclinical research into this four-peptide combination has examined synergistic effects across wound healing, tendon and ligament repair, skin and connective tissue remodelling, and inflammatory modulation. TB-500 and BPC-157 have each been studied extensively for actin-binding and angiogenic activity relevant to tissue regeneration, while GHK-Cu is a well-characterised copper-binding tripeptide known for stimulating collagen, elastin, and glycosaminoglycan synthesis. KPV, a tripeptide fragment of α-MSH, has been studied for its anti-inflammatory activity via melanocortin receptor and NF-κB pathway modulation, independent of pigmentation effects.

Each Klow80 vial contains 80mg total peptide: TB-500 10mg + BPC-157 10mg + GHK-Cu 50mg + KPV 10mg. All components are verified at ≥99% purity per component by HPLC and mass spectrometry. An independent US laboratory certificate of analysis is included with every batch. Supplied as sterile lyophilized powder blend, water-soluble, reconstituted with bacteriostatic water.

Storage: Store lyophilized at -20°C. After reconstitution, refrigerate at 2–8°C and use within 28 days. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
