How we pack and ship your order
Every order is processed and shipped from our US-based facility, with tracking included and discreet, unmarked packaging.
Processing & dispatch
Orders placed before our daily cutoff are dispatched the same day from our US facility. Orders placed after cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Shipping rates & coverage
Free shipping over $150
Orders subtotaling $150 or more ship free within the United States. Smaller orders are charged a flat rate at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Discreet packaging
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no product names or company branding visible on the outside.
Tracked & insured
Every shipment includes tracking, and you’ll get a notification email the moment your package is on its way.
Delivery area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Transit time after dispatch typically depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. If you have questions about a specific destination before ordering, reach out and we’ll confirm availability.
Order issues
