Description

Pinealon (Glu-Asp-Arg) is a synthetic tripeptide bioregulator developed within the Khavinson peptide bioregulator research program, notable for its exceptionally low molecular weight relative to other studied peptide bioregulators. This compact structure has been a point of scientific interest for its proposed ability to cross cellular and nuclear membranes in laboratory models.

Preclinical research has investigated Pinealon’s interactions with gene expression regulation and its behaviour in models examining oxidative stress and neuroinflammatory signalling. Published studies in peptide bioregulator research have explored its relevance to central nervous system aging models and circadian-associated pineal tissue research, framed within the broader tripeptide bioregulator literature originating from gerontological research programs.
